How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 through our booking portal - just tap any 'Book Now' button. Pick your treatment, choose your stylist or therapist, and secure your time in seconds.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday 9–6, Wednesday 10–5, Thursday 9–6, Friday 9–6 and Saturday 9–4. We're closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Do you offer discounts for over-65s?
Yes - we offer special Over 65 rates on selected services. These are shown directly in the booking portal when you choose your treatment.
Where is the salon and is there parking nearby?
We're at 2 Kyle Street, Ayr, KA7 1RZ, right in the town centre. There is on-street and nearby public parking within a short walk of the salon.
Do I need a consultation before colour or extensions?
For colour, hair extensions and some beauty treatments we recommend a quick consultation or patch test first. Please mention any allergies when booking so we can look after you properly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any change or cancellation so we can offer the slot to another client. See our Terms page for full details.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes - Serenity gift vouchers are available in any value from £25 upwards and can be used towards any hair or beauty treatment. Order through the Gift Vouchers section on our site and we'll post a beautifully presented gift card to any UK address.
